As our jewellery is handmade to order, we aim to despatch items within 2-3 days. Need it sooner? Express shipping can be selected at checkout if you'd like to receive your jewellery quicker.
We aim to despatch all of our orders as quickly as possible. Every item is carefully wrapped in our eco-friendly packaging and sent with good vibes, via tracked delivery. We send out an email upon order despatch and forward tracking details so you can follow your Spirit Jewel's journey.

Personalised & Engraved Items
Because each engraved charm is made specifically for you, personalised items — including initials, symbols, and word charms — are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the item arrives faulty or damaged. Please double-check your engraving choice carefully before completing your order.
Refunds & Exchanges Policy
If for any reason you're unhappy with your non-personalised order, you may return or exchange your item(s) within 14 days of purchase. Jewellery will only be refunded if returned unworn and in its original packaging.
All refunds (unless faulty) will be for the full price paid for the product, but not for the cost of postage. On receipt of your returned item(s), we'll issue your refund within 7 working days, via your original payment method. Please note customers are liable for the cost of returning items.
