UK DELIVERY - £1.50

All UK orders are sent out using our standard Royal Mail Signed for delivery service. This is a tracked service with additional compensation cover.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY - £7.50

Overseas orders are sent using Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed delivery service. Items are tracked in the UK and overseas with online confirmation of delivery plus additional compensation cover.

EUROPE: 3-5 working days

EVERYWHERE ELSE: 5-7 working days

We aim to despatch all of our orders as quickly as possible. Every item is carefully wrapped in our eco-friendly packaging and sent with good vibes, via tracked delivery. We send out an email upon order despatch and forward tracking details so you can follow your Spirit Jewel’s journey.

Returns & Exchanges

Earrings Policy

We are happy to accept returns and exchanges but unfortunately, due to our hygiene policy, we cannot accept returns on pierced earrings, unless they’re faulty. We just ask that you’re sure  when purchasing – especially if they’re a gift (we hope you understand!).

Refunds/Exchanges Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, you may return or exchange your item/s within 14 days of purchase. Jewellery will only be refunded if item/s has been returned unworn and in its original packaging.

All refunds (unless faulty) will be for the full price paid for the product, but not for the costs of postage. On receipt of the returned item/s, we will issue you a refund within 7 working days. Refunds will be made via the original method of payment. Please note that customers are liable for the costs of returning item/s.
