All of our crystal healing bracelets are made to order, with each piece carefully created especially for you. Please allow 2–3 working days for your bracelet to be made before it is despatched.

Once ready, your order will be carefully wrapped in our eco-friendly packaging and sent via a tracked delivery service. You’ll receive an email with your tracking details as soon as your order has been despatched, so you can follow your Spirit Jewel’s journey to you.

During busy periods or seasonal holidays, making and despatch times may vary slightly, but we’ll always do our best to keep things moving and keep you informed.

Returns & Exchanges

As our crystal healing bracelets are often made especially for you, returns depend on whether your item has been personalised.
Non-personalised items

We accept returns on non-personalised items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and returned in its original condition. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can help arrange the return. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged during delivery.

Personalised items
Personalised items are non-refundable, as they are made to order just for you. However, if you need a size exchange for a personalised bracelet, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.
